Connekct provides a default disclosure to callers that the call may be recorded; you should not disable this disclosure.

Caller data (phone numbers, names, and information shared during calls) is your business's data. We process it on your behalf to deliver the Service and do not use it for our own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default; Pro plan customers may configure longer retention. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, analyze usage, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality.
